Our property is a great option for seniors and individuals with family and friends in the Central Florida. We are close to many of the great suburbs of Orlando and less than an hour away from Orlando, Winter Park, Maitland, Winter Garden, Ocoee, Apopka, Altamonte Springs, Kissimmee, Clermont, Tavares, Eustis, Mount Dora and Leesburg.

Minneola Place boasts a mix of 16 private or shared rooms. Rooms come furnished for your convenience, but if you prefer to bring your own furniture to the facility, your request can be accommodated per our company's policies.

Minneola Place has a large, spacious dining room for communal dining for all of its residents during meal times.
Recreational Room
The facility has a comfortable, community living room for karaoke days and movie screenings.
Library and Office
Minneola Place provides residents with a well provisioned library, as well as several workstations with webcams where residents can do work, surf the internet, play computer games, and communicate with friends and family. Residents can also borrow books and movie from the library.
